Comprehensive Testing Capability: It can conduct a wide range of tests on air conditioners, including tests on cooling and heating capacities, as well as various environmental parameter measurements.
Accurate Control of Test Conditions: The laboratory can precisely control temperature, humidity, and other environmental factors within a specified range to simulate different operating conditions for air conditioners.
Multiple Parameter Measurements: It measures various parameters such as dry - ball temperature, wet - ball temperature, outdoor humidity, electrical parameters, compressor pressure, and flow difference pressure with high precision.
Main Parameters:
Tested Air Conditioner Dimensions: Indoor unit should be less than 1200W×800D×1900H, outdoor unit less than 1200W×800D×1200H, and window type less than 800W×800D×800H.
Test Capacity Scale: Rated cooling capacity ranges from 6000BTU/h to 48000BTU/h, and rated heating capacity is also within this range. The circulation fan capacity is from 200m³/h to 3000m³/h.
Test Condition Parameters: Temperature and humidity are controlled precisely for both indoor and outdoor sides. For example, indoor side temperature ranges from 10°C to 45°C with an accuracy of ±0.2°C and humidity from 35RH% to 90RH% with an accuracy of ±3RH%. Outdoor side temperature ranges from - 15°C to 55°C with an accuracy of ±0.2°C and humidity from 35RH% to 90RH% with an accuracy of ±3RH%. Temperature heating and cooling times are also specified.
